Paul Clark has worked with youth as an instructor and course director for the Pacific Crest and Voyageur Outward Bound Schools (1982-1985) and has been the director of several wilderness programs. Paul studied under Ann Wilson-Schaef to complete a year of training in group process work. In addition, Paul developed the Wilderness Crossroads and Ascent wilderness programs (1991-1992) and founded Galena Ridge in 1993, where he is owner and acting director. Paul is currently a member of the Montana State Board of Private Alternative Adolescent and Residential Programs, the board that oversees licensing of private programs for youths in Montana.
